Benjamin Collas, Postdoctoral Research Associate
I am a postdoctoral research associate in the Topology team of Pr. Dr. Michael Weiss.
My research interests focus on Arithmetic Geometry in general and Grothendieck-Teichmüller in particular. My work deals with moduli spaces of marked curves and their stack inertia in relation with mapping class group and braids group properties, as well as with the Hurwitz stack of G-cover.
At the level of profinite torsion an important role is played by the Serre cohomological property of ,,bonté'' for residual finite group.
I am also interested in Galois action on the fundamental group of hyperplans arrangements (i.e. profinite generalized braid groups associated) in respect with a Dynkin-Lego compatibility.
