Program

The workshop consists of series of lectures on different aspects of the spectrum of Topological Modular Forms and related cohomology theories. The lecture series are:

• Matthew Ando (Urbana-Champaign): The string orientation of tmf
• Paul Goerss (Northwestern): Moduli spaces and obstruction theory
• Mike Hopkins (MIT): Constructing the spectrum tmf
• Haynes Miller (MIT): Lubin-Tate spectra and higher real K-theories
• Charles Rezk (Urbana-Champaign): The string orientation of tmf

All lectures take place at Mathematisches Institut, Einsteinstr. 62, in one of the lecture halls M2, M3, M4 or M5. The first talk will be given by Mike Hopkins and start Monday at 10:15am in lecture hall M4.
